Dance, Dance, Dance

Well, the first two midterms went very well which is very encouraging.  The distribution of the grades weren't great but at least now everybody knows and is more familiar with the format of exams so hopefully it gets better for everybody.

Friday evening we went to Charlie Bear's Land of Dance, it was very fun!

Music is great!

AND you can TWEET requests.  I did not get my song played as their twitter was off the hook busy but I did get a random Columbus DJ follow me on twitter instead.  I'd really rather they had played my song.

The bar itself is fun, set up like an old disco bar and it was relatively spacious.  It's a 21+ and there weren't any middle agers there either.

At one point this group of guys came up and were like "Our friend is particularly attracted to you but is too nervous to come talk to you because you intimidate him."  I am scary? possibly.  We ended up just walking off at some point.  Also one guy stalked Taylor towards the end, and even as we went into the crowd, he followed, although it was to his advantage that he was like the Tallest guy in the room and can see over everybody.  Brian's friends eventually came and one was adopted as Taylor's fake boyfriend to help keep tall guy away, lol. Dancing with everybody was fun, a lot of singing, yelling, and dancing.

Cause baby you're a firework
Come on show 'em what your worth
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh!"
As you shoot across the sky-y-y

Many hours of dancing.  Trevor did a good job of keeping guys away.  I could see them at the table.

I think it was the same guys that yelled "oooh, she gave you the cold shoulder" as earlier as May and I ran away to get to my car as it was cold. Hah.

I really enjoy my friends here.

There was a BUNNY in the back yard! so cute!

Also,

Made Chicken a la King today, it is delicious.

Today I bought an antenna for my television.  watched the Super bowl, the commercials, and am now watching Glee.  This turned out pretty well!

Now I've just gotta do well on my last midterm and figure out plans for next weekend (valentines weekend).  who knows? I guess we'll see how things go.

Ah, nostalgia.
